The following terms and conditions are important for the use of our online donation page

  • Your donation to Freedom in Disasters is a completely voluntary support.
  • On request you will receive a donation receipt.
  • These will be sent promptly after the donation as an immediate receipt or as an annual donation receipt by 15 March of the following year if you make a donation aside our donation forms.
    Your address is important for this.
  • Do you want to cancel the donation for personal reasons? No problem!
    Within two weeks after receipt of your donation you can claim your donation back with a formless info to contact@freedomid.org or by letter to Freedom in Disasters, Hoernesgasse 19/11 1030 Vienna Austria.
    We will return the donation via the original payment method.
    If you have already received a donation receipt for a donation you request back, we kindly ask you to return the donation receipt by letter.
  • If you decide to send us your donation by direct debit, please make sure that the donation can be debited. Any fees for a return debit note are on your account.

DONATIONS FOR THE LONG TERM

  • You can make your permanent donation to Freedom in Disasters in two payment options and trigger it in the donation form:
    – regular Paypal permanent donation
    – regular debit from your credit card
  • In addition to the donation form you can also send a standing donation order to FiD directly to your bank (in a branch or in online banking).
    For permanent donations, we automatically issue an annual donation receipt.
  • If you would like to cancel your permanent donation (from the donation form) (immediately or at a fixed time), please send us an informal e-mail to contact@freedomid.org with your full address, amount and rhythm.
    Or by letter to Freedom in Disasters, Hoernesgasse 19/11 1030 Vienna Austria.
    We will immediately terminate and delete your permanent donation.
